Buy secondhand attire and accessories for the bridal party. 

Donate leftover food to a local homeless facility.

Use 100% recycled invitations that are processed without chlorine

Throw native wildflower seeds instead of the traditional rice.

Give compact fluorescent light bulbs as wedding favors.

Choose an environmentally sensitive hotel for your honeymoon (i.e. hotels that reduce the amount of unnecessary laundering, etc.)

Choose organic (free of environmentally harmful pesticides) locally grown (to reduce fuel needed for shipping) flowers and food. 

For every decision, pick the least wasteful option.
